Dosage: When taking Pure Science International’s Acne Care Support Products, you should take two capsules daily with meals and a full glass of water. When life becomes overly stressful or you are anticipating or experiencing stress to your skin, you may increase the dosage to six capsules daily, taken with meals, for up to seven days.
